Given to him by his chef de cuisine during his tenure at New World Bistro Bar, the name admittedly stuck. Red chef coat, red hair, red bandanna - in the kitchen, Nick, our Gelato Mastermind, was reborn "Red." With ten years experience working in some of NY Capital District's most demanding kitchens (including Prime Saratoga National, Brown's Brewing (Troy), and NWBB), Red decided it was time creating something that would last.
