Offering a crafted take on an Italian classic, Redz Gelato designs and creates varieties of Gelato and Sorbetto ranging from rich and decadent to perfectly simple - or simply perfect!  Selections such as pure and simple Vanilla Bean, rich Salted Butterscotch or perfectly tart Lemon Curd invite the palate to experience these flavors as sensations, unfolding their layers as they melt over your tongue. 

For those looking for something a bit more complex, we've reimagined our favorite desserts into frozen treats.  Fresh raspberries and ribbons of graham crackers swirl throughout our Raspberry Cheesecake, rich espresso and soft ladyfingers make our Tiramisu unforgettable, and for our house favorite - Oreo -  you may as well be biting into the cookie...but without the crumbs!

And not to forget - our Sorbetto is just as decadent as our Gelato - fresh berries and ripe fruits are married with love and layered with care to create textures so soft and flavors so bright that one can't help but dip their spoon for another bite.

TO YOUR HEART

Redz Gelato got its start as a way to help a friend's deli through the slow summer months across the street from RPI, one of the area's elite learning institutions.  What began as an idea for a sure summertime attraction quickly caught the attention of local students and professionals as a delicious way to beat the heat, as well as a wonderful treat as they worked through full semesters, finished difficult finals,  and celebrated graduations.  We now look to bring our little jars of happiness beyond RPI - follow us as we take over New York's Capital Region as we bring our hometowns Happiness in Dessert!
